2a: practical knowledge, skill, or practice derived from direct observation of or participation in events or in a particular activity

Hey 52andbetter here it’s been a while since I posted. I ran across an interesting word called experience so I looked up the definition as you can see. The definition has some interesting words in it.

They start with the phrase practical knowledge, knowledge that we have in the practice of a thing that we have learned from doing it over and over again to the point where the Outcome is habitual meaning we could probably do it with eyes closed if we needed to.

At 52 I ask myself what do I know how to do with my eyes closed a few things (Lol ) but what I realize is I don’t know a lot and I have a lot more to learn in life.

Part of the definition is skill I have skills in bricklayer by trade I can build walls also Industrial installation tech I can put it together Amazon buildings with my eyes closed.

I want to say I’m pretty skilled in being a father Through gathered experience because we know there’s no book on that so yeah I got a few skills but overall I can use a lot more skills in life.

I guess what I’m trying to say is let’s not be satisfied with the little practical knowledge we have or the skills we have acquired or the practice we have the Derived to through direct observation.

Let’s keep learning keep experiencing keep becoming more skillful continue to observe and gain more experience because I believe the more experience you have the better person you will be even if you’re 52 like me So I say to myself and you never stop learning never stop living .
